Design Revision Window

Theme, color, or layout modifications are complimentary up to 7 days before the event. Sudden changes requested within 7 days of the event will be subject to a Rush Handling Fee

Setup & Teardown Timeline

For optimal results, our team requires venue setup access for a minimum of 2–4 hours prior to the event. Overtime fees will apply if the teardown is delayed due to extended venue usage by the client.

Venue Permits & Transport

Our quotes exclude venue-imposed electricity or cleaning fees, as well as additional transport or freight charges for locations outside our primary service areas.

Quality Assurance & Property Care

1. Exclusive Rental Properties

All aesthetic supporting elements remain the property of URRI Studio and will be managed and retrieved by our teardown team post-event. These include: Curated vases, stands & frames, tableware & decorative objects, artisan candle sets, signage (custom-able), artificial flowers & foliage, premium fabrics, pearl accents, and main backdrop structures

2. Property Security Deposit

To guarantee the condition of URRI's curated properties, clients are required to provide a Property Security Deposit prior to the event date.
This deposit is completely separate from the decoration fee and serves purely as a security hold for all rental equipment during your event.
The deposit will be 100% refunded once the teardown and inspection processes are complete, provided all properties are accounted for and in good condition.

3. Care & Restoration Policy

We handle every detail with the utmost care. If any property requires special handling or restoration after the event, fees will be applied based on the extent of the damage, including but not limited to:

Removal of stubborn residue (e.g., wax, paint, glue, dirt, food, or beverage stains).
Physical damage caused by misuse or negligence by the customer, venue, guests, or other vendors (e.g., broken, cracked, or damaged details).
Loss of property or decoration components.

To ensure meticulous preparation, flawless execution, and priority allocation for your special day, we apply the following payment structure:

Restoration Fee Settlement:

Handling costs will be calculated transparently and deducted directly from the Property Security Deposit. If the total cost of restoration or replacement exceeds the deposit value, the customer will be notified and required to settle the remaining balance in accordance with the official invoice issued by URRI.

Advance Reservation (2 Months Prior)

To officially secure your date and initiate the bespoke design process, an 80% Down Payment is required for bookings made 2 months (or more) in advance.

Final Settlement (1 Month Prior)

finalize all premium floral and material sourcing, the remaining balance must be settled 1 month prior to the event date. (Note: For short-notice bookings made within 1 month of the event, a 100% full payment is required upon confirmation).

Security Deposit (3 Days Prior)

The refundable Property Security Depositequivalent to 30% of the total decoration feemust be transferred no later than 3 days before the event execution.
